HACCP Academy’s GAP Assessment service is a formal procedure, similar to an audit, which produces a GAP analysis and includes the following:

• Review of the current operational methods and practices

• Determine whether all prerequisite programs (PRP) currently in use are adequate and effective. These include Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Hygiene Practices, etc. including systems integration.

• Determine whether all procedures are documented in an acceptable format with correct referencing as required by the relevant standards.

• Compile a comprehensive report detailing areas requiring attention with relevant recommendations
