Food processors have the responsibility of making food safe and suitable for people to eat. Good personal hygiene practices and cleanliness of food processors are two of the most important links in preventing food borne illness. A food processor may be involved in different activities including cooking, packaging, processing, producing or transporting. To minimize the risk of food contamination food processors need to follow adequate personal hygiene practices.
