HACCP Academy respond to the food
industries ever-changing needs by reviewing and adapting their training
material as well as the method of delivery on a regular basis.
4.5 Conferencing and Workshops
HACCP Academy run a regular conference and workshop series to ensure
clients stay abreast with the latest international and national
legislative requirements. Capacitate SMME’s with best practices to
foster sustainability. Our members attend international conferences.
They also act as speakers at various conferences.
4.6 Publications
HACCP Academy regularly publishes subject specific and relevant articles
on their website. This ensures FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE awareness and is
also aimed at educating the market, specifically the SMME’s. A
newsletter is published quarterly.
4.7 Call centre
HACCP Academy has a call centre which aims to answer queries and offer
advice within a 48 hour turnaround time. The company has an active
